Hollywood Chamber Orchestra co-Music Directors Noah Gladstone and Mark Robertson are pleased to announce the third concert of their 2016 summer season on Sunday, July 10th, when Conductor and pianist Benjamin Loeb joins the Hollywood Chamber Orchestra to perform Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 27, K. 595; and brings with him singers Eleni Matos, mezzo-soprano, and Tyler Duncan, baritone, to perform Mahler’s Des Knaben Wunderhorn; with visuals provided by artist Paolo Miccichè. In addition, Mr. Loeb will lead the orchestra in Mahler’s tragic movement Adagietto, from his masterful Symphony No. 5.
This marks the first appearance of a piano soloist, as well as singers, with the HCO.
